This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes how Dealsight AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website located at
https://dealsightai.app (the “Site”) and the software, artificial intelligence, document processing, reporting, and related
services made available by Company through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is designed to help users upload, process, analyze, query, and generate due diligence reports from business,
financial, legal, commercial, tax, regulatory, and other transaction-related documents. Because these materials may
include confidential business information, deal information, legal agreements, financial records, employee information,
customer information, and other sensitive content, this Privacy Policy is intended to explain how information is handled
when users access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Site or Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you
are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide information to
Company on behalf of that organization and to bind that organization to this Privacy Policy, where applicable.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Account and Contact Information
We may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated with an individual or
organization (“Personal Information”), including name, email address, company name, job title, account credentials,
billing-related contact information, and information submitted through account registration, onboarding, support, billing,
or other communications with Company.
1.2 User Content and Uploaded Materials
“User Content” means documents, files, text, data, prompts, questions, instructions, deal materials, reports, outputs, and
other content uploaded, submitted, transmitted, processed, generated, or otherwise made available through the Service.
User Content may include financial statements, legal agreements, contracts, corporate records, intellectual property
materials, HR or employment records, customer or vendor information, tax records, regulatory materials, commercial
diligence materials, and other confidential or sensitive business information.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, consents, permissions, and authority necessary to upload,
submit, process, and use User Content through the Service. You should not upload information that you are not authorized
to provide to Company or process through the Service.
1.3 Payment and Billing Information
If paid features are made available, payment and billing transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Company may receive limited billing information, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, invoices, payment
status, billing contact information, plan information, usage information, and transaction metadata. Company does not
intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers through the Service.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect information when you access or use the Site or Service, including IP address, device
identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, actions taken, access dates and times,
log data, error logs, approximate location derived from IP address, and other usage or diagnostic information.
1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Service,
maintain sessions, remember preferences, authenticate users, improve performance, understand usage, and help secure the

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
2.1 Provision of the Service
We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including to create and manage
accounts, authenticate users, process uploaded documents, parse documents, classify documents, generate embeddings or
searchable representations, support natural language Q&A, generate due diligence reports, provide citations and source
references, deliver downloads, and provide customer support.
2.2 Artificial Intelligence and Document Processing
We may use User Content to generate AI-assisted analysis, summaries, risk registers, diligence reports, answers to user
questions, and related outputs within the Service. The Service may process User Content using artificial intelligence,
machine learning, document parsing, optical character recognition, vector search, and related technologies.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Company does not sell User Content and does not use customer uploaded
documents to train general-purpose AI models owned by Company. Third-party AI and infrastructure providers may
process User Content solely as necessary to provide services to Company and support operation of the Service, subject to
their applicable agreements and policies.
2.3 Communications
We may use contact information to send administrative messages, service notices, security alerts, support responses,
billing notices, product updates, and other transactional communications. We may also send marketing communications
where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications, but we may continue to send non-marketing
administrative or transactional communications.
2.4 Security, Compliance, and Fraud Prevention
We may use information to monitor, prevent, detect, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents,
unauthorized access, violations of our Terms of Use, and other harmful or unlawful activity. We may also use information
to maintain audit logs and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
3. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
3.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors
We may disclose information to vendors, service providers, contractors, and subprocessors that perform services on our
behalf, including cloud hosting, data storage, authentication, payment processing, document parsing, optical character
recognition, AI processing, embeddings, vector search, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, security, customer
support, and professional services.
These providers are authorized to access and use information only as necessary to perform services for Company or as
otherwise permitted by applicable agreements and law.
3.2 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with
applicable law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, subpoena, court order, or similar requirement; enforce our
Terms of Use or other agreements; protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, users, customers, or others;
investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; or respond to an emergency.
3.3 Business Transfers
If Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate
transaction, information may be disclosed, transferred, or otherwise made available as part of that transaction, subject to
applicable law and confidentiality obligations where appropriate.

3.4 Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may use and disclose aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an
individual or customer, including for analytics, benchmarking, product improvement, security, research, or business
purposes.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Authority to Upload and Process Data
You are responsible for ensuring that you and your organization have all rights, permissions, consents, authorizations, and
legal bases necessary to upload User Content to the Service and permit Company and its service providers to process User
Content as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
4.2 Confidential, Regulated, or Highly Sensitive Information
The Service may be used to process confidential business and transaction-related information. Unless Company has
expressly agreed otherwise in writing, you should not upload protected health information, payment card data,
government identification numbers, special categories of personal information, children’s information, or other regulated
data unless you have determined that such use is lawful and appropriate and have obtained any required consents or
authorizations.
5. DATA SECURITY
5.1 Security Measures
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from
unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include encryption in transit, access
controls, authentication, logging, secure cloud storage practices, private storage buckets, limited access permissions, and
security monitoring.
5.2 No Absolute Security
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Company cannot
guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you provide information to the Service at your own risk.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
6.1 Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, support users,
comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain
security and audit records, and operate our business.
6.2 Deletion Requests

retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance,
backup, audit, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

7.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion
Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to Personal
Information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate Personal Information, request deletion of Personal
Information, object to or restrict certain processing, or request portability of certain information.

If you are a California resident, California law may provide rights to know what categories of Personal Information are
collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing of Personal
Information; and limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Information, subject to applicable limitations and exceptions.
Company does not sell Personal Information in exchange for money and does not knowingly sell or share Personal
Information of individuals under 16 years of age.
7.3 Exercising Rights
To exercise privacy rights, contact us at info@dealsightai.net. We may need to verify your identity and authority before
fulfilling a request. If you submit a request on behalf of another person or organization, we may require proof of
authorization.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site and Service are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal
Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13
without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services. We are not
responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of such third parties. Your use of third-party services may be
